How the Education Assurance Program Works for Employers
All of the corporate clients we speak with fully understand the value of training and ongoing education. As a Platinum Placement client, your search fee is essentially free! By participating in the PPS EAP, you automatically receive free Cisco training, from world-renowned Cisco training provider – IPexpert, equal to the value you spend on recruiting your first hire or group of hires, depending on your contractual agreement. You will also be provided with a dedicated Account Manager, and an ongoing EAP corporate discount on all educational materials (self-study and classroom training) purchased through the PPS EAP. Additionally, every candidate hired through Platinum will receive free training throughout the duration of their employment with your company.
