Platinum Placement Services Contingency Search Agreement

This search agreement is between Platinum Placement Services and “Client Company”. The Client Company referred to in this document is the employer (or contract employer or related) of the agreeing authorized representative. Our service fees are charged on a contingency basis and are payable only if a candidate that has been, directly or indirectly, referred to you through our efforts within 6 months of the candidate referral date is hired by your company or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries. Additionally, all candidates are referred in complete confidence as candidates may be currently employed.


FEE

Client Company agrees to pay a service fee equal to 20% (twenty percent) of the hired employees’ first year salary and is due and payable net 30 days from candidates start date.


GUARANTEE

Platinum Placement Services agrees to an employee replacement guarantee in the event that the employee hired by Client Company leaves the employ of said company on their own accord (except for death or disability) within the first 60 days of employment. Additionally, this one time guarantee is not applicable in the event that the employee is terminated because the employer has insufficient work for the employee or if termination is a result of new management. This one time replacement guarantee shall be your sole legal remedy.


TERMS

We will invoice you for our services when the candidate accepts employment. Payments are due by the 30th day following the candidates start date. The one time replacement guarantee has the precondition of all the service charges being paid within 30 days of employees start date.

AUTHORIZATION

You agree that you are an authorized agent acting with the full knowledge of, including but is not limited to, your employer, company, client, firm or the entity that contracted you and are empowered and authorized to agree all terms included herein.

The agreement to interview a referred candidate additionally constitutes acceptance of these terms.
